Each box is individually handcrafted using wood, acrylic paints, paper, texture pastes, clay details, and protective varnish. All materials used are water-based, eco-friendly, and non-toxic.

Return Policy
Unjustified Product Return
(right of withdrawal without justification)
The customer reserves the right to return the products he purchased, in accordance with EU Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
a)Where the products have been modified or customized at the customer’s request.
b)Tariffs and Handling fees are non-refundable.
c) Unclaimed parcels will not be refunded if returned.
