6. PRODUCT ORDERS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

Orders placed through our online store constitute distance sales contracts, which are governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as currently in force, and the amendments referred to in Presidential Decree 131/2003, Government Gazette A’ 116/16.05.2003.

The user has the right to place an order through the online store, provided that they have legal capacity in accordance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code, meaning they have reached the age of eighteen and are not under judicial support regarding the conclusion of a sales contract.

Orders may also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities.

The company reserves the right to request the return, from the supervisor or guardian, of any orders placed by persons who lack legal capacity.

We reserve the right to exchange/return the product/products for another size, color, or another product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you receive the package, provided that the necessary conditions are met.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure, such as severe weather conditions, strikes, etc., it may not be possible to complete the delivery of your order.

RETURN POLICY

1. Return of Products Without Giving a Reason

Right of withdrawal without giving a reason

The customer reserves the right to return the products purchased, in accordance with Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, without giving a reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

Exceptions from the right of withdrawal:

Withdrawal is not possible and returns are not permitted:

1. For special orders.
2. Where the products have been modified at the customer’s request.
3. For damage caused during the opening of the product, for which the customer is solely responsible.

Returns will be accepted strictly only if the following conditions are met:

1. The product is in its original excellent condition. The inspection will be carried out by the person responsible for our online store.
2. The product packaging has not been altered or soiled and is in excellent condition.
3. The product is returned in secure packaging, so that it is not damaged during transport. We bear no responsibility for any loss or damage during the transport of the product.
4. Together with the product, all documents that accompanied the product must also be returned intact and in excellent condition, including the original purchase receipt/invoice, written warranty, order form, order confirmation email, and the credit card slip, if you paid by credit card.
5. If the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift must also be returned together with the product, also in excellent condition, including any documents that may accompany it.
6. The customer must exercise the right of withdrawal within the above deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us and notify us of their decision to withdraw, with an unconditional written statement, without reservations or deadlines, which must be sent by post to the following details:

This must be done before the above fourteen-day deadline expires.

To facilitate the exercise of your right, you may complete the withdrawal/product return form, which you will find here, in Appendix 1, after the end of the Privacy Policy.

After the customer’s withdrawal statement has been notified, confirmation of receipt of this statement will be sent to the customer’s email address.

Before returning the product, the customer must contact greekdreamcreations.com at info@greekdreamcreations.com within the above deadline.

The customer must return the products in secure packaging, so that they are protected during shipping, without unjustified delay and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which they notified our online store of their decision to withdraw.

The return is carried out under the customer’s responsibility, as we bear no responsibility for any loss or damage during transport.

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer. greekdreamcreations.com will not accept the products if this cost has not already been covered by the customer.

If the above conditions are not met and the product does not satisfy the aforementioned requirements, the return of the product will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to the customer/sender at their own expense.

Provided that the product is received, the withdrawal statement is submitted on time, all the above conditions are fully met, and the above procedure for exercising the customer’s right of withdrawal has been followed, the return of the products will be accepted.

The refund of the amount corresponding to the price of the products ordered by the customer, excluding the initial shipping costs, will be completed without unjustified delay and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt of the returned products.

The refund will be made by deposit into the customer’s bank account. For security reasons, the beneficiary of the bank account number must be the same person whose name appears on the purchase receipt for the returned product.

If the customer does not wish to receive a refund but instead wishes to exchange the product for another product or other products, up to the value of the amount paid, or by paying an additional amount, this is possible under the express condition that the product to be exchanged remains intact and unused.

If the exchanged product is of lower value than the original order, greekdreamcreations.com will not refund the monetary difference. Therefore, you must choose an additional item so that your new order is of equal or greater value than the original one.

The shipping costs for the new products are borne by the customer, and the products will be sent after the receipt and inspection of the original product/products, as described in detail above, provided that all conditions are met.

A second exchange, meaning an exchange of products that have already been exchanged, is not permitted.

In the rare case that the customer receives, due to the fault of greekdreamcreations.com, a proven defective product, a product missing an agreed characteristic, a product damaged during transport, or the wrong product, the customer must inform us immediately, describing the problem and informing us whether they wish to receive a replacement or a refund.
